  The last time I used them, Summer 2014, the guy who came out to service our unit said it was fixed, that afternoon it stopped working again. Had to wait again for another guy to come out. When this one gets here, he tried to convince us (after 20 minutes) that we needed a new unit. Swore up and down that there was no fixing it. I knew better. Said they would work up a price on replacing it. I was done with them. I knew our unit was fixable. Called another company out and within 1 1/2 hours, they had replaced the fan and the air was and has been working fine since. By the way, never heard back from Larry's. They used to be a good company but don't waste your time or money on them now. Just wonder how many people have believed this guy when he told them they needed a new unit!!
